First , Artist should be れるりり and Romanised artist Rerulili
The romanised title should be Itsumo Yori Nakimushi Na Sora

00:52:021 (2,1) - This parten should be adjusted imo.
01:44:521 (3,4,1) - Note 4 is should be moved up a little,it's have good flow
01:49:373 (2,3,1) - Wow,I love this return. :3

[Hard]

Rhythm

00:41:432 (6,3) - Stack is not well.
01:02:829 (4,1) - This slider isnt comfortable in playing.
01:59:962 (3,4,5) - slider 3's end and 4 and 5's start is not in a strairht line,If 4 is a kink，4 and 5 should use a jump.

Sound Effect

00:41:874 - to 01:15:293 - I recommended this parten you can reduce the Finish effect's volume to 30%.Because this music is soft. :3

Hmm...why do you have 2 OSB files and why maxresdefault.jpg is unused in the Storyboard? :<
Also on Hard difficulty, these notes at 01:56:432 (2,3,4) are not perfectly stacked!
