It is funny you ask me to mod a map called "Snow halation", because I am currently mapping a song called "De;laytion of Snow". Really strange...

Oh well, let's get started anyway !

[Normal]

General advice : I think it's a pretty good Normal in terms of enjoyability to play, and this rarely enough the case to be noticed !


• 00:21:657 (1,1) - There is a bit of polarity issue here, here is one among many possibility of making it clearer :
00:30:848 (2) - You can do a Ctrl+C of 1.
00:44:027 (1) - No overlapping of the previous slider.
• 00:58:246 (1) - Odd shape compared to the shape of your other sliders.
• 00:59:634 (1,2,3) - You have a symmetrical pattern, try to center it horizontally on the screen.
• 01:20:443 (1,2,3,4) - You have 2 polarity switching here, the problem is that the second one is not very readable. But by changing the first polarity the second one becomes clearer.
Like so for instance

You can either have a 1/2 slider or a circle for 2, or you can find another solution as well !
01:49:576 (3) - Move the shaping dot on the head to (360;260) (I took my ruler :p)
01:57:553 (3) - Align it with 2.
• 02:16:975 (4,1,2) - I suggest you to either remove 1 or do a rhythm like this :

General advice : I am less fan of it than I was with Normal, because the Normal was really better from an aesthetic standpoint, and of some rhythms an placing, but it's pretty nice nonetheless.

• 00:21:657 (1,1,2) - This rhythm doesn't feel nice here. I would rather do something like this :
• 00:28:073 (6,1,2) - This is hard to read, mostly because of where 1 is placed. I tried to make a different placing of everybody from 00:28:940 (1) to 00:30:154 (1), you should be able to see how it looks just with the picture below :
00:32:928 (1,2,3,4) - Odd shapes. Having Bézier curves is fine (I guess), but having them so discrete is strange.
00:35:009 (1,2,3,4,5) - You could look for a better-looking pattern.
00:42:639 (5) - No need for a Bézier curve I think.
00:55:125 (8) - This is not recommended. I used to use this kind of sliders, but apparently we should not, and I think a posteriori that it can almost always be replaced by something less "oldie".
• 00:57:900 (1) - You should consider breaking the symmetry because people will expect a jump here, which is actually not the case.
01:02:928 (5) - Would fit the vocal better if it were placed at 01:02:885.
01:06:223 (1,3) - See above, I don't think doing this is so bad, it's up to you.
• 01:09:345 (1,2,3) - This rhythm doesn't really fit into the music, try to rework it.
• 01:16:454 (4,7) - These sliders are really long !
01:22:004 (5,6) - You could replace these with circles.
02:03:796 (3) - You can overlap 02:02:755 (3)
02:04:836 (1) - You can overlap 02:03:449 (2)
02:25:298 (5,6,7) - You can look for a better flow :

[Insane]

General advice : This one has generally a nice flow and a good aesthetic, although some parts are strange to play.

• 00:21:657 (1) - I would really see a rhythm like pasted below play better :
• 00:25:298 (7,8) - These circles don't really fit the flow because you have to catch 00:25:645 (1) then. Maybe place them in the upper part of the grid ?
• 00:36:743 (3) - Snapping ?
00:38:824 (1) - Overlapping 6 looks and play fine.
• 00:44:027 (1) - If you do something like this, you can really overlap 5.
• 00:50:963 (1) - The shape should end in the direction of the stream.
• 01:06:570 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - These "Death Jumps" hurt a lot because there is no flow which can allow you to make them well, since it was broken by the 4->1 overlap.
01:52:004 (1,2) - You could replace one of these (or both) with a stream.
• 02:06:917 (1,2,3) - This triplet (the single one of the map ?) is really unexpected and thus, hard to read.
02:20:270 (1,2,3,4,5) - Strange pattern, but nothing illegal^^

  1. Let's try to reduce the video, because it have 19,4MB on it. Maybe reducing the quality could be better? If the video sucked after you reduce it (maybe to bad quality), then try to find a new video

hi, nice beatmap, just one thing, i would put OD on the insane a bit lower, maybe 6,5 or 7 to match the difficulty of your map. same with hard, put it on 5 maybe instead of 6

I will not change now because it is easy enough.
Spinner is a lot worse as the relationship of the map do not want to be aberrations.
