01:18:390 (1,2,3) - Only following one of these parts of the drums makes the entire phrase really lopsided. If you're going to follow a part, try to commit to it for the entire combo at least. To be honest, following the stronger beats here would be best instead of just lazily continuing 1/2 rhythms. Listen to the song and follow it!
01:41:940 (1) - This beat doesn't make sense as a longer slider. The chord progression hits at 01:42:090 - but when you slide over it, it feels like it's missing something vital rhythmically. Especially for such a rhythmically dense map.
01:54:090 (4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,1) - This part doesn't really make much sense as a big stream. Compare the pacing of the music here. To be honest, I'm not too much of a fan of the hardest difficulties. The Insane has a lot of big issues, but the general design of the Extra just isn't very fun to me. It relies on some pretty intense movement that doesn't really reflect the music much, plus the motions that are needed to accomplish the jumps feel fairly unintuitive and leaves me just reacting to where the next circle is instead of feeling a place where it will probably be.

Did some IRC modding on the Hard. Mainly to set tick rate to 2 and set a simpler rhythm during the 1:30 section.
