as a tertiary monitor yeah, as a second one i would personally never do that

I do change it from time to time but I still prefer having one in portrait. Only bothers when you want to game and watch a video at the same time, which isn't very necessary, or when drawing from another picture, for designers that is.

They're both way inferior to other free softwares. Get 7zip and VLC player instead.

IE is used by the system on a common basis, uninstalling it causes several issues. But you can hide it from the start menu~
