I won literally 3 matches due to Nozdorme btw (Arena), it's a pretty damn strong anti-desktop card. The trick is to play it after ~7 seconds. They will have just exited their browser and it's not enough time at that point to check up on the mtach yet. Play it too late and they will have arrived at the perfect "Mmh, the opponent done yet?"-checkup. Too early and they will still see you playing that card.
But damn. It's fkin hilarious to see the enemy suddenly move his cursor at the end of the string just to squeeze out that 1 card/hero ability.

And I think to get sufficient cards is the first step to become a pro player of this game. If you really are a new player, it will take a long time for you to get cards. Gold is never enough for you. So, I suggest you to buy about 15 - 40 card packs. Some cards like Azure Drake or Argent Commander are always quite useful, and sometimes essential for some effective decks.
If you're a good player, the game already has cards that can help you maintain at least a 50% win rate. I've spent no money on this game, and I'm rank 13 and climbing.
Naxx is pretty cool, unlock cards by defeating AI. You'll probably need to make decks around them though.
