no You can't... but, You can extract the *.osk itself using WinRAR or 7-zip and put them in the skin folder yourself
Personally, I never tried that method of importing skin, so I can't help much.
I think you have to manually move them. But if you still have the .osk, I suggest delete every problematic folders on Skins and drag and drop the .osk, one by one, manually, to the game window.
