So I'm kinda not sure what to do here, I really want to get a new account and start fresh. But as far as I know it's not allowed to have more than one acount. But if I like delete my current account somehow if there's a way. So basically if I delete my account, will I be allowed to make an account then?

Nope, accounts won't get deleted apparently. You just made your account 3 days ago. Not sure why you would want to start over unless you want to change your name
