SHADOW EFFECT (Cursor Middle)

I call it the shadow effect. It is a cursor middle that is transparent in the center, and slightly dim around the rest of your screen giving the cursor a glow of the surrounding area. I was bored one day and decided to mess around with my skin. That led me to making this. I'm sure this has been done before, but I think it's pretty neat.

Why not try f12 to take the screenshot? because it's like blury you know i can't see that re-upload Screenshot pls.
