No video file in folder but have video code in .osu file, the reason which may cause that is flv format is not a valid video format for osu! . Check out your local folder, remove video code if there's no video anymore, or replace the video.
The height of BG should be 768 that is you need to use 1366x768 instead. Smaller than 768 is not recommended

00:02:584 - I suggest a 1/1 slider here due to vocal
00:28:663 (1) - Slider end on down beat is weird more or less, at least i'd like to recommend a 3/4 slider + note with finish

Most of them will change the title because they really hope their own map being ranked and have no power against the BATs.
Or have no will to change the rule.

They were many maps have error since the rule was legislated. Because the song title in the rule includes extension(suffix).
Some people raised objections to the rule since the day, they were ignored exhaustively.
You BATs still saying let's discuss in RC, but I can just imagine how my opinion will be ignored.

Really trivial un-qualify here, but the actual title listed is "Won(*3*)Chu KissMe! [TVサイズ]", with TV Size in brackets, as listed rather than what's listed now.

Please add the unicode version where appropriate as well.
