Made back in october but i stopped playing the game
i recently started so i decided to upload my skin
Yes i will work on it to meat with all the new customizations but here it is

they are how the baddies explode in sonic 2 D:

i never really finished it i had just stopped playing but i just decided to upload wat i had so far

i dunno wat 2 use, but u could probably get some good tails sprites from Sonic Battle (Which I didn't hate (which makes me 1 in a million))

nah i loved sonic battle :D
i do regret selling it tho :(
they should make a ds version with online :D

Download skin file, extract with WinRAR. Then copy the folder containing all of the skin elements into the Skins folder into your osu! folder. (If you don't have any custom skins yet, you'll need to create a Skins folder.)
