Use forum tools in Beatmap Submission System window

Hello

I think Some mappers feel uncomfortable (included me) when submit maps for unkind feature offer



As we can see, that window do not have any useful tools like forum tools

Clearly we can duplication forum tools in our clipboard

However several mappers can't run OSU and Internet together beacause a low-powered PC -forgive me pls-

Therefore I hope this problem be solved. I want to all of osu user enjoy mapping !

This is kinda low priority, since most of the tags that are useful here are easy to memorize. (b, url, img)
It'd be nice if it was added, though. Support!

yea but I think new mappers can't memorize yet

There was a duplicate of this before and denied

I could not find anymore dupe for this one because the thread I link above is without a [duplicate] tag
