Feels more like an insane, especially with 1/4 triplets and AR8. Just sayin'.
The whole kiai feels really messy and overlappy, because it's mostly mapped in the same place(http://puu.sh/8GVzb.jpg). It might not be as noticeable with a good skin(especially since it's AR8), but try playing with the default one and you'll probably feel it too. You might want to make it a bit more cleany, it only requires repositioning some notes.

I feel like most of these 1/4 are overmapped(I mean that there is no 1/4 in the song there, don't take it offensive), but don't change anything just yet(can't even hear with my left ear right now, so it's very possible that I'm mistaken) and ask a more professional modder first.
00:33:426 (5,1) - This stack is kind of confusing, I thought it was a 1/4 doublet at first.
00:58:811 (1,2,3) - The music doesn't change, so I don't think that this change of spacing(1,5x to 1,0x) is necessary here. It can be mistaken for 1/4.
