It's sad they're taking good players out of CWC, it makes the competitions less attractive to players and watchers alike.

Any further protest will be blatantly removed. However you protest, this will not change. This tournament is supposed to happen fair with people playing fair and being fair. Everything who is against this regulation is against a fair tournament.
This stops here and I am not really caring if you like it or not. If you want to participate, stop breaking the rules. You can appeal any decision by contacting accounts@ppy.sh - that is the only and only way. Talking here is wasted energy, since moderators (all of them) were told to remove everything related without hesitating.

Due to internal difficulties, we postpone the drawings till Saturday, 14.00 (2pm) UTC+0
We also consider to postpone the entire tournament beginning by one week, since certain stuff still needs to get finished before we can get this get rolling properly. Stuff will be furtherly announced here. I am updating the announcement posts/wiki/twitch channel by now.

As I already predicted in the last post, please take notice of the following announcement:
Due to some managerial issues, we'll be delaying the commencement of the CWC for 1 week while we get everything sorted out.
The wiki will be updated accordingly. Mappool and Schedule announcement will also be delayed to next weekend. Rosters will be updated today/tomorrow.

Apart from deadbeat who's a very experienced and engaging commentator whom I definitely love to have in the commentary panel I would like to suggest to the tournament management to include one more CTB-player commentator for this tournament so that the commentator can elaborate things related to CTB in greater detail since they're CTB players themselves and make this rare annual occasion more fun and fruity
*votes for itsy and ryuujii love their hilarious commentary very entertaining but sadly they're playing for team USA OTL*
I have no one in mind as of now but yeah I <3 commentators
Of course I can see that the tournament managers are very busy in settling the important stuff such sorting/checking out roster registrations and making sure the tournament proceed smoothly in general so it'll be alright if my suggestion is not taken due to lack of time since it's just my personal preference :>
