What was the worst anime you've ever seen?

I can't decide between Seikon no Qwaser and La Storia Della Arcana Famiglia ;

The first one is just... too much boobs kill the boobs and after only 3 episodes I couldn't keep watching the anime.
The seconde wasn't that bad, at the start. I think that they could have done something very nice with the card but the fight weren't that good tho.

Mirai Nikki or Deadman Wonderland. Annoying characters, especially Yukiteru, and Wonderland had meaningless plot and stupid setup.

the main storyline didn't catch me cause I think playing cards is rather boring. The love story beside was nice, but after all too much of that card game.

I have something like a long list.
Mirai Nikki (it made me feel anxious with Yuno's Personality, the lack of real development of the characters... and inconsistency)
Lucky Star (made me fall asleep something like thrice in a chapter)
Blood-C (I just don't understand why they made that ramake)
Junjou Romantica/Sekaiichi no Hatsukoi (Those series are the same thing with different names.... and too cliché)
Vampire Knight (I tried for the bishies. I failed for the boring story)
Jubei-chan (This... this was something I'd regret for the rest of my life)
A long list. But those are the ones I liked least

First time for me to see someone who thinks that Chihayafuru is actually the 'worst'. Rewatch it. It's definitely FAR from the worst anime ever.

Ok, for me the worst anime are every otome game adapatation. (Brother's Conflict, etc.)

Terrible art, terrible pacing and a horribly half baked plot.
The original first and second series were much better than this crap.

I actually gave the art a chance, Im fine with rotoscope animation, but indeed it was pretty bad and low budget most of it... and since I didn't enjoy the story I wouldn't probably enjoy the manga either. I wouldn't call it the worst I've ever seen, but it was pretty frustrating.

Hayate no gotoku! Cuties

I enjoyed the first two seasons of Hayate, but from then on the quality just started to decline, and with that we get what this season is.

Although there are quite a few anime I absolutely couldn't stand watching for various reasons (Black Rock Shooter, etc...), there is only one anime so objectively bad that it's hilarious and almost fun to watch. Namely, Mars of Destruction.

Anyone who can spare the 19 minutes necessary to enrich their soul with this masterpiece will probably regret it - though in another way, they won't. :>

Didn't find it interesting at all, I didn't connect with any of the characters, there was no interesting plot at all. I understand this is a controversial opinion as it is generally regarded as a well made anime, but this is how I felt about it.

I didn't particularly like Death Note either.

But everyone knows the worst anime ever is Mars of Destruction

OMG I found it extremely boring, there's nothing interesting in this anime. The main characters was nonsense and the jokes was not funny at all. Ai Mai Mi tried but failed.

Because intentionally you're watching the anime for incest, but their relationship only sparked at the last 3 episodes, and the last episode made the whole anime pointless. It makes up for its "comedy" scenes, but even saying that the comedy is as dull as dishwater. And in the second season they decided do make a forced harem on the main character for some reason.

UH, PLENTY.

Oreimo is a bad title because it tries consistently to play coy with its premise like "OH THERE'S NO SUBTEXT HERE AT ALL~" while being entirely insular with its comedy and attempting to drum up a sense of otaku pride comedy before going down the route of poorly-written romance plotlines resulting in a bad end for all. I enjoy how they ended up not working out in the end but yeesh, the road to getting there is paved with bad writing and otaku-baiting.

I'd say the worst I've sat through would have to be Alien Nine, or Watamote.

I've read through the Watamote manga and enjoyed it somewhat, but found the anime to be really off-putting; I almost stopped watching it, but instead decided to watch it through to the end.

And as for Alien Nine, I just didn't enjoy watching it at all.

Aku No Hana. I somewhat got put up with the manga, but when I watched the first few minutes of the first episode of it, I jumped the shark.
And another one, though most people already hate this, is School Days. love how he got murdered though. Serves him right!

Oh, and Infinite Stratos 2. Grabbing people's attention by fan service is called being desperate. Dropped it from my watch list after watching half of it.

its just as bad as the first season anyway, worst forced harem anime since to love ru

oh and for another bad anime, i'd say k-on!
i mean, seriously, k-on is pretty much sakura trick but without the yuri being shown in your face every 12 minutes so you wouldn't drop the anime straight away

recently my sister is unusual was a bad anime and it tried too hard to get a good story, and the art was just horrendous
sword art online and oreimo are definitely the worst i'v ever seen though
edit: oh and haganai made like a ton of rape jokes so it was kinda.......

Sword Art Online, Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei, and looking back at it, Oriemo was not to my liking at all. Also Elfen Lied. Only good thing about that anime is it's one of the few with that amount of guts spilling everywhere.

What, so some people don't like long anime. Doesn't mean they're the worst anime you've ever watched, cause most likely, you haven't seen them at all.
BTW, Fullmetal Alchemist had over 50 episodes :P
