First of all, the limit of the participant suppose to be 16 players or extend to 32 players if there's more players.But because the number of players is in-between 16 - 32 players, we'll change the format a little bit. The match format will be like this. 24 players in the division. 1 vs 1 format. Single Elimination. First round will have 24 players, only 12 winners move on to the next round (2nd Round). Then same thing, 6 winners will move to the next round (3rd Round). Again, 3 winners will proceed to the Last Round. The last 3 remaining players will have to face off each other. Let's take xsrsbsns, Gon and Silvane as example. xsrsbsns beats Gon and Silvane, so xsrsbsns gets 2 match points. Gon beats Silvane but lost to xsrsbsns. So Gon has 1 match point while Silvane has 0. So xsrsbsns will be announced as Champion, Gon as Runner-up, Silvane as 2nd Runner-up.
But if the final result is 1 match point for all the players, we'll decide the winner by their "Game Point". Means how many games they won against each other. (Will explain a bit further in the future).

As for the Qualifying Round, it's not needed anymore since we didn't have enough players. It's actually used for players who registered late.
Yea, the rule and competition format change quite a bit due to unexpected amount of player. Please bare with it ><

And one last thing, my account (-S c a r l e t-) has been banned due to multi-account abuse? I guess. So I might withdraw myself from this tournament. Or use some new account to play and judge in this tourney. Don't worry about me~ I'll still try to do my best to contribute in this tourney.

This looks so confusing that I had to read three times, let me rephrase it

Let's say if you are the winner, and your opponent is the loser

There are three scenarios:
1) Your opponent failed at the end, but you survived
2) Both of you failed, but you scored higher
3) Both of you survived, but you scored higher

Just like how multiplayer works
