01:13:657 (3) - I personally don't like sliderends on mainbeat nor on upbeat because those are the points mostly where jumps should be used. And with sliderend it is impossible to emphasize it correctly. I put it that way because that's the rhythm of the song
Not bad but I prefer for this level to only have jumps during kiai. It is just a personal matter but still, its easier to separate the two part of the song this way.

Maybe CS+1? 4 is more common on this level. since in diff Salad I left CS = 2, this seem right that I should leave it in CS = 3 also the Rain and Overdose already have a CS = 4
by the fact that everyone use CS = 4, does not mean you should use it too o3o

Too many HDash. \o/ Yes, you can map here but you need to keep in mind that this level is for casual players. And Platter should be somewhere at the same level as Insane. So just a few, well placed HDash should be used. I suggest you to go trough on the map diff once more and only add Hdashes where you hear strong beat, stronger then the rest of them besides it. I do not think I have too many HDash, have seen Platters a little more difficult than this and many more HDahes

Nice diff I just have a few problem with it.
00:08:718 (8,9,10) - Be careful with this pattern. Its really good but when the distance have difference as in your mapping it becomes really hard to read it with higher AR. Move (9) a bit away and (10) a bit closer. okay
00:26:005 (1,2,3,4) - Hard pattern too. Especially with higher AR. This kind of placement requires a very good timing which makes really hard with AR9+. To avoid this we mostly lowering the distance between each note till it ends. This results less space between them and requires less movement to catch all of them. this is something that I would not change, I really like it as it is now
00:38:352 (5,6,7,8,9) - Move (6,8) a bit closer. ^
00:57:743 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - Again a farked up distance spacing. ^
01:12:743 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - Distance. ^
Even tho this is Rain, you still need to be careful with distance changing. Especially when it is in 1/4 or higher. Step aside from this I think this diff is good, just correct the ones I pointed out and this should be fine.

00:08:901 (6,7,8) - Move (7) in the middle of those two notes? okay
00:11:279 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - The distance between (1,2) is a bit sudden and there is nothing in the song which should be followed by a bigger jump. And I think you should delete (5) since it goes after nothing. you are right about (1,2), but not erased through (5)
00:26:096 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Again some really weird distance changing. is not weird, for me it is fun
00:38:352 (6,7,8,9,1) - Due to your spacing there is two HDash in this pattern. Its just a personal matter but I would like to see them as a normal jump. A bit weird to play it with those dashes on (7) and (9). I will repeat again, never change this!
00:43:749 (3,4,5,6) - You need to be careful with this pattern. Please do not use it just because its fun to watch. Yes, its easier than it looks but I'm not sure whether is it okay here or not. I just don't get the feeling it should be like this here. is not very difficult to do, also so it's a Overdose needs some difficulty

I have a feeling that 01:28:291 (1) - this spinner should end at the previous blue tick but this is just a trivial matter.
Not a bad mapset my only problem is with the sudden distances, as I pointed out several times. lol I think you had your reason to do it but still it is not a good idea. For a not experienced player it comes really sudden even after several retry. Thats why I pointed them out. CtB is still needs some consistency both in rhythm and mapping.
