I assume that Team Avatars here mean of "Collab Avatars", right? like this?
You can try visiting Art subforum and requesting collab avatar in one of the thread there

yeah, satriobp kinda sums it it. just adding ont, they're not made within osu!. people are making them in image editing programs like Photoshop and GIMP
