Not bad.

00:07:831 (2) - Maybe a simple circle and a slider at 00:08:505-00:08:842. This will also cover the strong "ku" part of the vocal.
00:23:337 (1,2,3,4,1) - This part is really weird since vocal-music-vocal is changing suddenly. It would be better if you move (2) to the previous white tick and add a repeat. Still not perfect but still better if you not want to change the whole part to follow vocal.
00:55:696 (1) - This spinner is basically starts at the right side of the screen. To be able to spin as much as possible please end your patterns to that side or rotate horizontally everything (maybe this will be the easiest) before this spinner.
01:22:326 (3) - This should be better separated with a little bigger distance. (Far enough to be really hard to catch w/o dash but still possible. With grid level 2 thats 10 grid.)

No jumps. q.q Needs some jump. \o/

00:59:573 (3) - Maybe just two circles since its easier to place to a good distance than a slider. Currently its possible that a beginner will lose combo here. And thats because the distance between the slider's end-start is much shorten than between your whole slider and the next circle.
01:04:966 (6,1) - Jump. And it is possible to make the SV higher just for this slider to make it nicer during gameplay?

You missed many place where is possible to add a small jump. Well, at least put those in at the kiai. I will be much better. :3

There is not much about this diff too. Maybe you should add HDash to those place during kiai which are pointed out on Salad. It would be better since currently you only have HDash outside of the kiai which is not really a wise choice since the kiai should be the hardest part of the song.

00:50:219 (11,1) - This is the only bad thing I think. As you placed the stream is a bit solid compared to the next sudden jump right after it. Please try to make some movement in the stream which leads into that jump (possible HDash).

That all I can say. Very solid diff, maybe way too solid. Just add those Hdashes into the kiai and it should be fine. :3

00:02:944 (1,2,3) - I'm not really a fun of these random distance changes but I think this is your style. Maybe it would be better if you can place the circle in the middle. (And at every similar place.)
00:49:629 (5,6,7,8,9,10) - Please no. Its fun to watch but not really fit in Rain. Jumping in 1/2 (not really) is a very expert skill and with ar9 thats really insane. To be honest I only saw this in one Val0108 map and thats all. Please try to use something else here. q.q
01:12:550 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - I'm not against this, just maybe it can be more interesting, like a Z pattern, or a little stop at the middle. Well, you can keep it if you want.

It would be better since currently you only have HDash outside of the kiai which is not really a wise choice since the kiai should be the hardest part of the song. i don't agree that kiai should be the hardest part of the song. it depends on the song ;w; can't say like that. and i keep mine here, i mean for the HDashes are enough at here. because on my platter diff, the patterns are already more complicated and already uses many jumps, just a few HDashes. if i add a few HDashes again, i'm just worried that the difficulty will increase (more complicated patterns + some HDashes). so i will keep mine here about the HDashes >.< after i talked with Deif too, he said that it's fine for the spread diff between Platter-Rain http://puu.sh/7EySy.txt

00:25:696 (5) - Move it to x:408 for bigger movement and distance. Previous was a little bit too small imo.
00:36:483 (3,4) - Can replace them with slider? This would look better.

Diff looks very clean and good

Your diff is very easy. Try to make more difficult patterns with Dashes. Looks very clean and nice :D nope again for HDash like i said to another modders before. well maybe it's very easy for your opinion (and i think so lol) but i just wanted to make a good spread diff between my salad and platter. as you can see salad already has more complicated pattern than nely's cup and it has some dashes too, just some. in platter, it already has more complicated patterns than salad and it has many dashes everywhere too but it just has some HDashes (maybe 3 or 4 HDashes only). and then finally on nely's rain has the hardest patterns than 3 diffs before and also have many difficult patterns too with many HDashes. i have asked to Deif because i worried too about the spread diff between platter and rain. but he said that's labelled right lol sorry for my mistake here lol. well for my platter is already enough for the dashes for me, at least this platter is already more complicated too than salad with many dashes

  1. Should the spinner at the very end of the song not start at 01:29:404 - ? That suits the violin voice better imo. You didn't do that in every difficulty, please take a look at it again.

  1. Great job! There's nothing really big to complain on this difficulty. Consider making the Kiai a bit more difficult, by now it's pretty much like the rest of this difficulty. You can simply do that by increasing a few distances between notes, it doesn't need to be much since it's a Cup afterall.

  3. 01:15:415 (3,1) - Maybe just increasing the distance a little bit here, those sliders are VERY close to each other (Don't create a dashy effect!).
