My warmup (when I actually do a warmup) generally consists of: NNRT Red Goose Freedom DiVE *insert another streamy map* *insert another map I can't pass* etc.
First i play some generic ar 9 maps (especially natsu maps like this or this, followed up by these maps. After that, it depends on what i'm aiming to do. It differs between practicing low ar/slow stream, increasing speed/control at high speeds or improving aim distancewise, or speedwise.
Okochama Sensou! or Neru maps (Lost One no Goukoku, How-to Sekai Seifuku, Tokyo Teddy Bear, Idola no Circus faves) except Ningen Shikkaku bc BPM change :[
