Not sure about that. Most reviews in Myanimelist rated the story as below average.

mmh yeah but don't judge an anime just because most reviews say so , like i have seen anime rated like 9-10 that i personaly think they sucked and other that where rated 4-5 i just found amazing at the end just watch and make your own opinion
Guilty Crown's average score in MAL 7.90 is though and for me that's high in MAL's rating. That's why I'm watching it right now just to see how overrated or how decent is this one.

I decided to never watch anime while new episodes were still airing, and I got 15 episodes in to NnA before I realized that it wasn't over. I'm dying trying to wait for it to be over.
