The orange seems like a hybrid between a red and blue which could prove to be a really good keyboard if you don't know why you want a mechanical keyboard also I highly doubt that this keyboard will be silent, mechanical switches are loud I don't see why this will be any different. Also why is the average life span 50million on one table and 20million on the other, typo or made up numbers?
Overall this just seems like a huge marketing ploy by razer and it saddens me that it's probably going to work. Personally I bought my CM Storm Quickfire TK for gaming, it was marketed as a gaming keyboard and the switches were ideal for use in a game, i first heard of the keyboard watching people play a game and was recommended it by gamers. To me this sounds like red switches may aswell have been designed for gaming because that's mostly what they're used for. Just seems like another "for gamers by gamers" gimmick.
