My suggestion is that put claps at every 2 white tick (or even 4 tick if you like), which is the heavy "drum" part, for example, 00:32:828, 00:33:655 (since there are no note here, you can just ignore it), 00:34:483, 00:35:311, 00:36:138. It sounds very rhythmic and "oh yeah" in this way imho.
This apply to here too -> 00:40:276, 00:41:104, 00:41:931 (no note here, so can just ignore it, 00:42:759)
Try this pattern for the whole song? Find the heavy drum pattern and put drum onto it. xD Because this is usually how I hitsound. It seems easy and cheap but it is rhythmic and awesome. xD
Also, HP Drain is too average, overall difficulty ought to be raised 1/2 tick, cause at some part (example : 03:17:517 (2,3,4,5,6) - ) , low overall difficulty make playing them harder. xD
