01:18:240 (3) - It would be nicer if you can stack this sliderend with the previous circle.

Are you sure you want to Keep it? It's so noisy and doesn't Sound good at all, why not keeping consistency with all other diffs?

I am using a different default hitsound, and I've never noticed that those drum clap + normal sampleset was a disaster in that they sounded the same. (You should've explained more clearer orz)
I've switched the sampleset to soft in those drum clap objects, hope it will sound a bit better.
