I think I've seen that before but not much. Still I think it may just be an old map or something.
Well, yes. The star rating for this diff is 0.22, which gives, if rounded to the nearest 0.5, 0 stars.

yes it's normal for this broken system that still hasn't been phased out with something that makes sense yet
The star system is outdated and inaccurate, so disregard it for now. A star system using ppv2's more accurate difficulty rating is on its way.
