Lapis hasn't been online since he signed up so he hasn't had a chance to send me anything. if he doesn't send me smth within 24 hours I'll continue and start the game

that's unncessary. people sometimes have times where they're inactive for a day or so. I'm giving him 24 hours and if he doesn't send me smth I'm calling it there

well, just to remind you: every single mafia game except newbie mafia (until now) has gone down the crapper because of inactivity. not caring newbies is one of the bigger factors for that.

I get that, but I wanna be fair towards all sides. the first game I hosted after my return had a newbie and there was no problem. this is a good enough compromise. if we don't let everyone play it kind of defeats the whole purpose of mafia

Be a bit more fair to newbies, please. I understand there have been issues, but keep in mind that we are eventually going to need more fresh blood in order to keep this forum going at all. Driving them all away won't solve anything.
