I threw together a bunch of parts from other skins.. I don't exactly know if I am allowed to do so though :s

I did create the spinner background myself, I also added a few combo bursts myself.

I don't know if it is the best skin out there, but it is an attempt. c:

I hope you enjoy my skin, and please comment if something is wrong.

again, I did not make %90 of this skin.

Exactly, you can't post a skin here if you made it with parts of other players' skins, it has to be all done by yourself only.
