General thoughts

Some of your difficulties have widescreen support on, make sure to disable that!
I have to agree more with Natsu here, I mean the diff names are fine and I get your idea... but the only problem is that I honestly wouldn't know what difficulty Facil is, or Dificil. You might want to consider changing them to English ones if this becomes a bigger problem but leave them if you want.
I think the SV change between the Hard difficulty to Insane is quite big, but I guess that doesn't matter that much.

Experto

Pretty much what I said in the general section, you could at least lower the SV till 00:10:226 (1) - here, like using a 0.75x speed sliders or that, but I guess that's more of a personal preference.
00:11:163 (4,7) - It'd be nice if you could overlap it more smoothly, now it's not as perfect as it could be.
00:13:624 (4,5) - These felt pretty weird to play considering you move your cursor a bit down, how about just make it a straight line instead like the slider? Would fit better, way better.

00:25:226 (1,2) - I honestly felt these two sliders were pretty weird to play, their shapes were weird, I mean it didn't play that ''smoothly''. Why don't you just move the middle red point more up? It'd look way cooler and would play also nicely!

00:28:038 (3,4) - I'd move them a bit further away so there isn't going to be any problems, but they are fine now. (If you decide to move these, apply this to your rest of sliders that has the same pattern, you know <.<)

00:07:765 (5) - I'd stack this one with 00:07:413 (4) - , it would look nice and be somewhat consistent with the previous stack.
00:09:288 (2) - 1/8 sliders in a Hard difficulty are quite tricky, take this as a warning (it might cause some problems imo)
00:12:335 (1) - It'd be cool to add some CURVE on this, instead of downcurve, upcurve would fit better!

00:14:913 (2) - This jump is like, what, 3x>? I'd make the spacing much smaller if I were you.

00:44:210 (1) - Te recomendaria terminar el spinner en 00:47:257 y poner un circulo al inicio del kiai, asi tendra mas enfasis y el jugador iniciaria a jugar en un downbeat.
00:32:726 (1,2,3) - Usaria un ritmo similar a este, es mas intuitivo ya que sigue mas correctamente los "¿por qué?~"

No entiendo por que la gente usan slider tick 2 en easies cuando el ritmo del map no está siquiera en 1/2 (y jamas deberia, ya que haria que la diff sea muy dificil). En fin, usar slider tick 1? Acuerdate tambien que los noobs no saben seguir sliders, el hecho de que tengan mas ticks solo lo hace peor.

01:05:772 (2) - El ritmo termina en 01:06:241 - es un gran error poner un repeat y llevarlo al siguiente ritmo imo. Incluso quitando el repeat, y luego poniendo un circulo en 01:06:476 - haria encajar mas el map con la cancion imo.

Las demas diffs estan bastante bien hechas, no tengo quejas sobre ello :>

Do you really need this tag "Sakura," ? The comma doesn't work if you search online, people can easily find the map ig with "sakura" and I can't find another map with this one
Consider adding CLAMP as tag, seems to be recurrent for cardcaptor sakura's maps.
