The majority of the part between breaks seems dull to me, especially near the end when it turns to notes on every beat - maybe you should've mapped to the techno-ish beat in the background instead, to keep up with the upbeatness of the streams and speed of the other parts.

Skin the spinner somehow?
The lighter hitcircle colour blends a bit into the background..

[Normal]

A bit easy for a Normal, I think.

01:13:011 (1,2,1) - Spacing inconsistency.

[Hard]

00:09:042 (2) - Turn off grid snap and place this a bit more evenly between 1,3.
00:12:025 (1,2,3,4) - Too many finishes.
00:15:072 (9) - New combo? Also, perfectly silent notes aren't so great, consider boosting the volume a tiny bit.
01:18:044 (1) - Whistle may be more fitting than a clap.

I don't really have anything to say besides it screams 'Storyboard me!' As-is the song is a little boring, so you should put on a show atop that BG.

I dunno what the skin you were using looked like, but I don't think a hitcircle would be a bad idea.

BPM should be 138, not 276. I don't know why DJPop suggested that, that just created work for nothing, and caused the osu! pulse to be doubled. 138 with 1/6 would've worked. Don't bother changing it back unless a BAT complains though.

Anyways, starred.

I believe these should be all the points in the song that should be 1/3 snapped. Both difficulties. Forgive me if the timestamp is inconsistent, I might've moved them 1/3 before Ctrl+V'ing, but you get the idea.

I suggest you add more beats to the slow part or have a bit less beats on the fast part :/
It's stupid how much the difficulty changes in this diff.
(Also if you don't add more beats on the slow part, lower the HP drain)

This is one of the songs in brawl that i doubted would be a good map but this map was pretty good

YOU try playing with those notes not snapped to 1/3. Even if you suck you must at least notice the immense number of slider ends that will sound off

Increase the Overall Difficulty by 1 or 2 ticks please.

Sadly I don't know how to fix this. Unless I remove the custom score numbers and comboburst
