00:16:705 (1) - I would prefer if you do this here, http://puu.sh/5FGo3.jpg because it feels like is missing something
00:32:752 (1,2,3) - It was hard to play this well, I feel like this should be a slider with one repeat, so players get familiar to the rhythm and play the others well
00:34:496 - I think is missing a note here?
00:35:310 (1) - not sure if this should have new combo, it breaks the combo pattern, and don't see any particular reason to have it
00:46:473 (1) - same
00:47:403 (1) - same
01:10:891 (1) - same

In general I felt like the combo pattern was a bit messy, I couldn't understand it at some parts, maybe you'll want to check it out and make it more even among the whole diff
