This one is very catchy in term of skinning. Although I do see some implementations of reediting someone's skin... Especially the spinner part.

It would be nice if you even edited the ranking letters and the buttons (Mods, Mod Selection, Random Beatmap, Modes) into something unique.
I love the cursor! For now, I would give it a 2.9/5. It needs to be worked on more.

Its still needs some more work though.I can't resit, I'm downloading.
EDIT: This is also a great skin for your first time making one, however, like someone else said, I see elements from a different skin, like the spinner, only it's a different colour.

Yeah, the thing in the middle is from another skin. I ve seen soo many other different skins with that so i thought i could use it.
