Also Dan, your upload is typical. Generally, consumer internet plans will only give around 0.5 to 1 Mbps upload, because they don't expect you to be uploading videos or seeding torrents and stuff.

At college. Damn, I could only get like 10 mbps down last May. Looks like they upgraded.

Got a slightly better result. For some reason at about 11pm my downloads always soar to 1.2-1.3mb/s while 6pm-10pm it's like 10-100kb/s. ;-;
Pretty decent upgrade from my previous connection that worked randomly as 5/1 or 24/1

The internet in my house is actually 4 times faster than this. For some reason, the internet just turns to crap the moment you step into my room. Cry myself to sleep every night because of this.
