Add Kodora and Fycho to tags since they've made guest difficulties.
Get a better mp3 (192kbps) if it is possible.
Source should be 中二病でも恋がしたい!戀 and Chu-2 byo demo KOI ga shitai REN should be in tags. Source should stay in language it is supposed to be, romanization fits tags or romanized source (which is not implemented). I'm almost quoting peppy with this.
Get a background, but I think I don't need to mention this.
Offset is a bit wrong, it is about ~5ms early, so it should be +5. However, I cannot provide you 100% accurate offset, I only know, this is early about few ms. If you listen to first note on Insane, you can notice it is too early, so it is how I recognized it. Then it is enough to use 25% speed and you will here every note is earlier than it is supposed to be.
Use the same green points that afflicts hitsounding (volume, samplesets) in all difficulties as in VOICE difficulty, because these fit quite a lot.

HP at least +1, it is same as previous difficulty, it needs a gap.
00:14:677 (3) - This deserves new combo to be consistent with music.
00:45:819 (1,2) - This pattern actually plays bad. However that's not issue I wanted to mention. If you delete it and listen carefully, there is drum on 00:45:982, but slider ends on 00:46:063. It is overmapping, when it obviously doesn't need any overmap, when a note before calls to be mapped. So cut this slider a bit to 1/2, ending on 00:45:982, starting on 00:45:819
00:48:590 (1,2,3,4) - All these green points have no sense. Music got calmer - sure reason for decreasing SV. However it stays like this, there are no changes so it needs progressive decreasing. Here: 00:49:895 you already see a change, so it deserves to be decreased even more, as you've done, but it is more sensible to keep 0,60x or 0,70x SV for these four sliders.
01:08:645 (3) - Just my opinion, not an issue, but I think if you would use CTRL+G, it would make jump where it already IS needed. Here it is clearly random, but if you swap start of this slider, the jump would emphasize 01:09:134 (4), which is emphasized in music. Also it makes better oval flow, well.. in my opinion better.
01:13:699 (2,3) - Swap these two circles, because it makes similar flow to previous pattern 01:12:395 (3,4,5), but this is only suggestion.
I have not much to mention in this difficutly. I think it is mapped as this song deserves to be. However I would decrease the overmapping quite a lot, because it is mostly not even needed, it is just difficulty scale.
[Insane]
00:40:764 (1) - It needs repeat or note on 00:41:090. Current gap is very rare in this beatmap, so if you haven't been doing this for whole time, why you decided to discard exactly this guitar note, which you've mapped everywhere.
00:49:243 - Move this green point on 00:48:590, same reason as VOICE, but now you've done it even less sensible, because the music change is on 00:48:590, but you mapped the change on 00:49:243
01:28:047 - Don't be lazy and finish this part since other diffs have it too.
Same as VOICE, less overmapping, but else it has no critical issues I think.

[Easy]
00:33:264 (2) - This ends seems to be following vocal, what is not good on easy difficulty because it confuses newbies, especially when you follow music 90% time. It should end on 00:33:916.
00:34:732 (3) - This is the same issue as above. It is unnatural rhythm for newbies. It would be enough if you just move it on 00:34:569, and extend its end on 00:35:221.
Well.. about issues I've pointed out only the most important ones, because if I would be pointing everything I'd found, you would surely not fix all and it would be mostly hard to fix. I think this map is okay, but lower diffs deserves to be easier. That Easy could be even Normal difficulty, not Easy and Normal could be even Hard. Also you should reduce the overmapping. Yeah, people like crazy maps and if you release map that is not overmapped and has low amount of objects, they start with: "omg so easy, more streams pl0x, noob mapper", but they don't realize, also as most of overmappers, that this is rhythm game. Rhythm game is not about mappers fantasy, but about how he is able to follow the rhythm.
Map is perfect itself. To be honest only overmapping bothers me there, so consider deleting some crazy things and make serious ones from them. You are a good mapper, but you tend to overmap so much so I'm a bit disappointed when I see overmapped map which has quite good style. If you have any questions regarding mod, feel free to tell me.
