What is that flying text appearing in replays? Sometimes there is hardly any and sometimes I almost can't see anything because of it...

Those are the replay comments.
You can disable them by clicking the "Discussion" at the right side (while checking a replay) and unchecking "Show Comments" there.

Well , saying that they are replay comments didn't explain much for me? Who wrote them? Where can i write them? WHAT are they?
They are the comments that people post under the beatmap, on My Disqus. I think.
Don't you see the big "Click to add a comment at the current time" text on Nathanael's screenshot? Type your text here, choose where you want it to be sent (only the diff you are watching or every diff), press Enter and there you go, your comment has been sent.SKuLLdRaG wrote:

Anybody can write these. They are just... comments, i.e. if you feel like you want to say something at a particular point of the map, like "wow this pattern is pretty difficult", well you can with this system.
