Maybe normal spaced stream here with curves similar to how you've been spacing thus far. You already do something similar at some places like 00:48:413 (3, 4) so a few more can make the clapping feel more consistent. hm... the fact is that I added the normal clap when there was a hand clap sound, and in all the rest of the song there is a clap similar to the custom one I added, so I think the only moment where there was need of a normal clap is where I placed it, so no change, also for the rest.
01:46:822 (3, 4): suggest adding normal clap hit sounds.
03:26:595 From added clap hit sounds to the end of the end of the 2 slider and 3. Since this section repeats the same pattern to the end of the song, each pattern afterwards having a similar clap beat would be nice.

I will try to give you some general help to improve your map further.
There are some spacing issues in Insane which makes some patterns really hard to read.
for example 01:03:186 (1,2,3) - and 01:06:254 (2,3,4) -. It is hard to tell these are only 1/4 apart.
Furthermore it is not really neat, and the look of the map can be greatly improved by having a more constant distance spacing.
Especially during different 1/4 streams the spacing varies so much, while most streams are 1.0x there are also 0.8, 0,6 and 1.1 streams. Try to be more consistent and your map will look a lot better.
Also try to avoid overlapping other notes. This makes the map look a bit messy too.
for example this: http://puu.sh/5p7UW.jpg around 02:44:776 - as you can see the orange and green sliders are overlapping and it already looks messy in the editor. It's better to use a larger portion of the playfield instead of overlapping.
Another thing I'd like to point out is that the maps sound a bit.. empty. I know you are using custom hitsounds, but the soft-hitnormal seems to be the most dominant hitsound in this map. You could try to use more hit-whistles or normal-hitnormal. Because I kind of only hear soft-hitnormals throughout the map.
If you could improve this it will greatly help in improving the overall quality of your map.
Easy and Normal look pretty good though. I like the rhythm used there. Try to improve the hitsounds there and they'll be great
Call me or any of the QAT-members back if you think you've improved your map, and we will recheck.

Well, I've fixed most of the streams, except the ones at 00:03:186, 00:10:231 and 00:24:776 because I really like those, and don't think they are harmful in gameplay.
