Hi, I don't know why moderators are so hot headed and sometimes they just lock the thread even when they don't know what they're talking about D:

I just posted a thread lately and one of the osu supporter locked it even though the skin was legitimately made by ME! And he even asked "What the heck is options.exe?" He didn't even give me a time to respond (= ,=);
To answer your question (whoever you are), options.exe was a program that I made that modifies the Osu! Skin and Graphics option, so that you won't have to change it manually, thus the program will change it for you automatically.
