First time modding taiko, will mod just muzukashii, since i can't play oni's properly, also, please be lenient for me, I'm still learning taiko

  1. 00:39:347 (5) - The clap at the end of this slider sounds out of place. Try using hit sounds according to the down beat of the drum. Like every second white tick for example. Consider this for [Easy] too (btw I did look at easy as well, just couldn't find anything else in particular)
  2. 01:07:039 - Try and account for the beat at this point. Adjust one of the sliders (8) or (1) to do that.

  1. I like the hit sounds a lot, but are sometimes inconsistent throughout the song.
    1. For example, here in the chorus 01:01:181 you suddenly stop using the the drum sample set and sometimes you use claps and other times you don't.
    2. Some notes that you've chosen to use a different hit sound on seem a little sporadic to me.
    3. See jonathan's [Hard] which utilises a constant beat and/or is justified by the drums contained in the song.
  2. 00:19:110 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - Is the space missing between the stream intentional? If so, make the distance between (4) and (5) greater.
  3. 00:20:042 (1) - Lengthen this slider by a 1/4 note?

You will probably need to remake whole hitsounds, because there are too random, not consistent, just weird.

[Insane]

00:01:181 (2,3,4,5) - Overmapped a bit so I recommend to delete 00:01:536 (3), add repeat on 00:01:181 (2) and move the next note on 00:01:714
00:02:069 (4,1) - Try adding note on 00:02:069, remove the slider and add 1/1 slider on 00:02:246. Also remove 00:02:601 (1). Reason is that piano note on 00:02:246 still sounds until 00:02:601.
00:04:554 (2,3) - Again overmapped. Use 2/1 slider or 1/1 slider with repeat on 00:04:554 and remove 00:04:554 (2,3)
00:08:637 (5) - ^
00:15:560 (6) - I think these "sharp" sliders should be used on reasonable places so maybe make this smooth slider from this.
00:19:998 (1) - 1/1 slider fits here more because this slider follows nothing on 00:20:175 and it feels like flow pauses on a while.
00:59:583 (7,8) - Swap these two and move 8 on 7's start. It follows music better.

00:37:572 (4) - Definitely fix this overlap

Modding is fine, unless the send you a bad map.

Of course, and I can't agree more. However, this is still my first map, and I'm well aware that a lot of things need to be changed. I appreciate the criticism as well. Although your comments were a little bit of a slap to the face for me, it still gives a me a good sense of what to be expected from other modders. A lot of these points can be kept for future reference too, so I really do appreciate it. Additionally, I would like to apologize for overlooking that rule you mentioned in your queue. I suppose it was just me being over confident with myself. Anyway, thank you for the mod!.

00:54:968 - This drum hitsound is really rare in your diff, I'd delete it, because it's not used in similar part. these are there to mimic the drum sounds in the music, they sound fine for me (variety is not a bad thing right?)

i think you either need to increase in mp3 audio of lower your hit sounds.
I actually already increased the mp3 so if you want to use it. the mp3 is here. I think it would be better to lower your hit sound volume but it totally your call
