"heisei" is already in the title, you don't need it in the tags or keep it for the context

There are some weird break-time fade changes for the last break in different maps:

Only 'Easy' makes sense. If you have a reason to have those weird timings please explain them to me.
Otherwise I suggest you drag the break-time on the downbeat for all difficulties (except 0108)

The diff-spread of the mapset is bad because of the settings for 'Hard'. They are much the same as val's diff.

There are some weird off-beat sliders in the beginning and some weird focus changes in the middle of some combos. I talked to Loctav about this and I really feel like it is affecting the playability of this map. I played it countless times and tried to re-arrange some notes in the timeline. After some time I found the usage of the focus changes and the off-beat sliders to be somewhat consistent. Since it seems to be intended (and because it is consistent) I will let it pass like this. You should adjust the difficulty settings regardless, to fit this map into the spread of the mapset.

Suggestion: Adding circles and moving the first slider on the timeline to be on the vocals and the white tick: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1052109 You can come up with any pattern you like, as long as you don't use 2 random off-beat sliders here.
