[General]

Add ロウきゅーぶ!, as well as individual artist names to tags? (Kana Hanazawa, Rina Hidaka, Yoko Hikasa, Yuka Iguchi, Yui Ogura)
BG is too large, it needs to be scaled down

[Easy]

00:00:137 (1,1) - The spinner feels like it doesn't have enough recovery time for an Easy. Maybe consider using a long slider, or remove it entirely?
00:18:198 (1,1,1,1) - ^
00:39:321 (1) - I don't think this NC is necessary; removing it will create a symmetrical pattern for this combo, which is cool.
01:00:545 (4) - I'd avoid short double-repeat sliders on Easy, because the player doesn't have time to see the second repeat. Maybe try using 2 sliders?

Nice rhythm, with a few interesting patterns. Cool.

[Normal]

00:45:035 (2) - I feel like this sounds a bit better 1/2 earlier.
00:47:280 (2,1) - This transition from following vocals to following the background piano happens a bit too suddenly. Try 00:47:280 (2) with a note on 00:47:484 (where the tail currently is), to get the player into the 1/1 groove?
00:57:280 (1,2,3) - I think this sounds a bit cooler and follows them music tighter: http://puu.sh/4PxUW.jpg
01:01:463 - Consider adding a note here, or a repeat? Something like this might also work well: http://puu.sh/4Py03.jpg
01:16:872 (5,6) - I really liked this.

[Insane]

AR9 feels way too high, 7 or 8 is much better. I modded the rest of the map on AR8, but I feel like AR7 might be even better.

00:01:770 (1,2,3,4,5,1) - This is quite confusing, especially for the start of the map, when the player hasn't even gotten a sense of the BPM yet (since nothing has really happened yet). Combine that with the change from following vocals to following the background at 00:02:790 (4), it makes this quite frustrating.

I'd recommend at least changing 00:01:770 (1,2) into a slider, and marking 00:02:790 (4) with a new combo.

00:09:116 (3,4,5,6) - Looks a bit unorganized and random, and the spacing is uneven. Maybe try forming this into a shape of some sort (diamond/trapezoid?)
00:30:953 (1) - I'd bring the hitsound volume up a bit here, I can barely hear it.

To be honest, I didn't like this map very much compared to the Normal. A lot of the jumps seemed out of place. Sure, you can catch them on AR7+, but they didn't feel intuitive to play. It also didn't flow very well, sending your mouse in random directions. One example of this bugging me on a relatively easy pattern is at 00:40:953 (1,2,3,4). 1 leads to 2, but 2 leads away from 3, and then 3 leads towards 4, and 4 doesn't lead towards or away from the 1 of the next combo. It sort of feels like my mouse is forced to be going in random directions at times, which doesn't play too well.

That's just my opinion; maybe I just suck with jumps. Good luck on your map!

About the voice x drums, the parity between them is high in this part (parity as understood as voice x drums coincidence, i.e., when voice syllables are sung at right time when drums are played and instrument soundbursts are heard.

The major issue in this mapset is the Insane diff, The rest is really nice done and fun but i really dont like the insane diff, you should add more density in this diff for example between 00:46:667 - 00:54:014 . I dont tell you to overmap it, but note that there are parts in Insane which are really easier than Hard especially with the SV. There are some random jumps but it's not really important. It may be your style but using a low spacing between 1/4 object and using then a high spacing between 1/2 object has a strange flow and feeling. You have to work more on Insane diff. But nice map btw.

Not bad.

Normal has finishes that this difficulty doesn't have.

00:16:463 (1,2) - Stack leaning is interfering with the spacing and I feel a slider would be more fitting.
00:21:361 (1) - Personally I think a slider that curves away looks better. But that's just me. I think you can improve the pattern you have by properly blanketing 1,2. Actually I would have probably used a more curvy pattern for the whole part. http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1045133 I would have shifted the next part as well. You don't have to do it, but I feel your design is a bit plain for my tastes.
00:46:667 (2,3) - 1.10 spacing like the other part(s)
00:49:933 (1,2) - spacing is also a bit wide here, but this one seems better than the other one.
00:58:912 (2) - Fix this blanket.
01:05:443 (1,2,3,4) - A Normal pattern IMO. Probably best to simplify this.
01:20:137 (3) - wrap more evenly around 2?

Okay in this difficulty you have whistles where you had finishes in the normal. I can't even hear the hitsounds. It doesn't matter so much.

Difficulty is fine.

Insane
Modding Insanes are not my strong suit. I felt that there were a few parts that were very different than the general styling of the map and these parts stood out to me. Whether that means they should be changed i'm not sure.

00:03:402 (1,2,3) - This sounds bad. Not sure what you should do about it.
00:41:361 (2) - Looks inconsistent. Try this http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1045216
00:42:586 (5) - New combo.
00:55:035 (4,5,6,7) - Meh. I don't like this flow. http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1045228 <- Better flow IMO
00:57:586 (2,3,4) - Make the same spacing 3-> x 188 y 304
01:12:178 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - Meh. I don't like that this is so different flow and pattern wise than the normal style you used for this map. It could possibly be replaced with a more consistent design, but I wont pressure you too hardly to do so.

I don't think I can do much, cause all difficulties look great already, but I'll try. >o<

[Easy]
this looks fine to me, it has a really nice flow and looks well thought-out. >v<
just some points where you might want to alternate the placing/slider shapes a bit:
  1. 00:58:912 (3) - move more to the left to have a nicer curve from 1 to 2 to 3, the movement feels less abrupt that way
  2. 01:00:545 (4,1) - there is no connection at all ><
  3. 01:03:810 (3,4) - movement from 3 to 4 doen't feel as smooth as for example 00:09:933 (3,4,1) or 01:15:239 (1,2)
  4. 01:05:443 (1,2,3) - if you don't place them linear but slightly curvy this does have a smoother feeling as well, it matches better with the sliders before and after imo
  5. 01:08:708 (1) - looks better if you keep that 'perfect distance' here and place the slidertail at a distance of 1,1 to 01:07:076 (4) as well
    something similar here - 01:11:157 (3) - place it either around 384|172 or at the end of 01:10:341 (2) around 452|236

this diff's totally fine as well. D: nuffin to mod here, just soething cause of personal taste:
  1. 00:25:443 (2,3) - together those two look.. so unmatching. x:
    maybe move it to 456|288? looks better imo ><
  2. 00:31:157 (1) - I know this is the exact same shape as 00:29:525 (4) but cause it's shorter it looks like there's something missing. >:
  3. 01:03:810 (3,4,5,1) - form a curve with all of them? 1 looks 'excluded' atm

just some personal taste suggestions here as well. ;v;
  1. 00:13:606 (2,3) - bend them in the other directions? looks better if they create a path imo.
  2. 00:16:055 (4,5) - have a nicer feeling if you move them to (example) 72|288 and 160|288, cause it forms a zigzag pattern with the sliders before and after (and I like that.. :D)
    I know 00:17:280 (2) isn't at the same place as 00:16:259 (5) then, but it still looks nice. ;o;
  3. 00:22:586 (4,5) - similar thing here if you move them to 344|236 and 286|153
  4. 00:41:361 (2) - you could reverse this. (not to add extra jumps but it looks nice if two sliders from oppsoite direction move to the same spot.. or at least I think so. |D)
  5. 00:47:484 (1,2,3) - looks nice imo, it messes up the following though.. you could move 00:48:912 (5) to where 00:47:892 (2) starts, then it'd kinda has a similar style, buuuut Idk. x:

  1. 00:06:055 (5,7) - move 5 to 76|180 and 7 to 96|88 ? the curve that's created with 00:06:259 (6) and 00:06:667 (1) looks smoother that way
  2. 00:20:137 (7) - doesn't have the same distance to 00:20:443 (8) and 00:19:831 (6) .. move to 156|80?
    sorry, I notice some pixel inregularities by eye and just have to point that out. my kind of perfectionism. x:
    same here - 01:27:076 (3) - move to 296|40?
  3. 00:37:688 (1,2,3) - you've been using three sliders of the same kind (angular/curvy) up till now, why not here? .o.

good normal. but is it ok to set blanket in the beginning of the song? i don't like the beat here and it breaks the whole beats.
Hard
i like the beats!
00:30:341 (3,4) - the circle is not so necessary to stress the drum here cuz it is not so obvious to hear.
Insane
no suggestions here. you did good job. and i think if the sliders 00:31:157 (2,3,4) - more pretty will be better
