It seems every time I get particularly high into a song, I start tripping out and getting really shaky with my playing. This happens especially when I'm trying to full combo a difficult song... Sometimes it gets so bad that I end up just going completely off the deep end and can't even recover after a miss. Does anyone else have this trouble and can anyone tell me a way to deal with this?
This is most likely caused by a disruption in your body's energy system, with the meridians. When the meridians become blocked/disrupted due to negative thought patterns & stress, or the energy in your body changes direction/polarity (psychological reversal), then this can cause the level of negative emotions and stress to increase in the body, and then this will eventually manifest into physical symptoms such as shaking, sweating, heart pounding, etc.
There is an energy therapy called EFT, which uses similar principles as acupuncture to balance the bodies energy system, but unlike acupuncture, EFT doesn't use needles. With EFT, you simply tap on the various meridian endpoints on your body with your fingers, and this will help fix any problems with the meridians & the energy that flows through your body. The results are often permanent too, after performing EFT on your fear/emotions, you will often never get that fear response again.
Go to the following web sites to find out more about EFT, and there's a free download of the manual for EFT on the second URL. You can also find many free video tutorials for EFT on Youtube.
