so i have this logitech branded mouse and i had the mouse sensitivity to 4.0,
every times i play osu mode, the pointer sometimes goes off track,
leading to mouse misplacement and in-game misses...
i'm wondering if i can fix this problem,
because it always annoys me whenever i'm trying to get SS...
anyone please help? :D

(first post, sorry if there's something wrong.)

How does it behave when it randomly moves? is it only when youre playing osu? ive had a problem similar to this before. If i moved the mouse too quickly, the pointer would go backwards or off to the side

- This is probably your mouse's fault, but to be absolutely certain, see if the problem persists with other mice.

- If the other mice work fine, try adjusting the sensitivity and changing the settings of your mouse.
- Try using a mousepad, and see if that fixes the problem.
- Does your mouse work fine outside of osu? If so, try adjusting the settings in osu

otherwise, you should probably contact logitech because it's probably a problem with the mouse's design/hardware

it's kinda like, when i'm trying to move left, it sometimes won't move.
also it sometimes becomes more sensitive than it should be, like when i'm moving it up, it moves even further.
oh, and it sometimes become shaky...

i am playing with mousepad, i think the problem is the mouse.
it works perfectly outside osu, although the sensitivities are different
i tried wireless mouse, but it came out to be more unstable... :?
guess i have to purchase a new one to try...
Please
did you turn off your mouse acceleration?

Why did You use High Sensitivity that much? How much dpi Your mouse is? Or what brand?
Just as Mathexpert said, try adjusting the sensitivity and changing the settings of your mouse.
Weed
If it works fine outside osu, but with different sensitivities, try lowering your sensitivity in osu, and see if maybe that fixes it.
Coffee Hero
this also happens to me (i don't use mouse to play anyways) heres a demonstration to show what happens, although from what the OP is describing mine is 10x worse.
(razer death adder V2 at 2000 DPI)
- Acceleration does not affect it
-at 1x and lower it's fine

i feel more comfy playing with high sensitivity, it reduces my hand movements...
how do i check my mouse's dpi?
