I honestly do not see a problem with the offset you have.

What you do have completed so far looks about right. I did not find anything wrong with these maps.

I shall look forward to seeing the completion of the Easy and Insane difficulties.

01:10:012 (3,4,5,6,7,8) - These should probably be lined up with 2 for Easy; the small gap is still a jump, and probably shouldn't be here in a difficulty for noobs. Possibly line it up like this? http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/665

Preview points need to be set on all difficulties.
You seem to have added your Source to only Hard, and your tags to only Normal. Oops.

Easy has a different video offset than the other difficulties.
Your video still has the audio track; please remove it.

Your .osb file is blank, you can remove that.

Consider using custom combo colours, and set background colour to black.

[Easy]

Consider increasing circle size here; it seems a bit hard for an Easy overall, more like a Normal. Ah well.

00:05:024 (1) - Unsnapped.
01:25:012 (2,3) - Might as well slide these down to align with the others.

[Normal]

Move some of your timing sections 1/2 back in case the player hits the note early.

00:37:053 (3,1) - A very unexpected jump for Normal.
01:06:091 (3,1,1,1) - Combos here are a bit weird, but whatever.

[Hard]

Same thing about the timing sections.

00:32:057 (1,2,3) - Turn off grid snap and align a bit better?
