I got it on PC, I think I needed help on three pieces, when I checked the walk thru there was another type of collectables I never noticed. I was in disbelief.awp wrote:
Braid is a very interesting game. Played it at my brother's house for an hour or two. If for nothing else (and that is a load of crap, there's lots of else) the final level is so worth it. Some of the puzzles are really tough to figure out though. I didn't get through all of them.
I remember Nano Breaker, but I don't remember if I beat it or not. I gonna swerve away from PS3 Bayonetta, hope my 360 still works. I heard awful things about the PS3 port.Seibei4211 wrote:
Anyone remember Nano Breaker? The game where every enemy shot out fucking gallons of blood with every hit? Oh wait, except it's not blood. It's some other whatever shit that's just red. That game always made me sick when I looked at it too long. I don't think they've made a game bloodier than that one yet.
So aside from awp, who's getting Bayonetta? Anyone interested in Dark Void either? That one looks pretty fun, too. Fuckin' jetpaaaaaacks.
So wait, you got rid of the PS2 after getting a PS3? I still own mine, and I love it. Otherwise, the PS3 Slim is better by far. In the end I'm still not getting it since I already have a PS3 to begin with. Just not that many games, unless people enjoy playing Rock Band 2.rust45 wrote:
Also, what do you guys think of the PS3 Slim? I don't like it cause it has twice the amount gigs as my PS3 and is cheaper. I don't like how they discontinued the old models either, good thing I got my PS3 before the slim, cause that'd be the only way I could play PS2 games.
Why would I get rid of a PS2 if I had one, without being able to use your memory cards I would keep a PS2 if I had one, I still think it's kinda bullshit to get rid of the backwards compatibility. Also, this is just a question about the Slim, but does it even read DVD's, or just blu-ray?(You know, for DVD movies) If it's the former, that's more bullshit for lack of backwards compatibility.RL Link wrote:

A lot of people get rid of their PS2 after getting a PS3, then get frustrated that the PS3 they own doesn't have backwards capability. Shoulda kept the PS2 to begin with. Either way, I watch most of my movies on the computer. =p Of course I do mean DVDs. If the slim doesn't have the backwards capabilities you want, then don't get it. If it's unimportant, go ahead and get it. Otherwise it's not that big of a deal since there are other ways to play them PS2 games/watch them DVDs.rust45 wrote:

Certainly better than what I can do. I can only clear Hello There on Expert Drums. /failawp wrote:

Have you played single player?
I haven't noticed any slowdown yet, I think. This game is too fun when it's not experiencing slowdown for it to be a problem though, just like Fallout 3. Except this is more fun than that, so if it slows down less often, it'll be ok.Atmey wrote:
Never thought I'd said this, too many sexy poses, need less, I can't focus on fighting.
The slow down isn't much horrible yet, gotta download the 360 demo whenever released to compare.
Old news. I didn't feel like making an account just for that. I think there was another demo like that and I didn't feel like making an account for that either.awp wrote:
afaik the bayonetta demo was released like a month or two ago for both platforms, at least for PS3, but you needed a JP PSN to get it (which of course is both free and region-free).
I didn't make mine because the language switches to Japanese when I change my country to Japan. then I wasn't sure what I was looking at.Seibei4211 wrote:

Oh? Hmm, might be good for practice...Atmey wrote:

Second boss took me a bit too, since there's that HUGE BRIDGE and the boss is on the OTHER SIDE but there's a little tiny stone bridge off to the left of that bridgeAtmey wrote:
I beat the first boss in Shadow of the Colossus, then spent the next 15 minutes wandering around. Trying to reach the next boss, then I said WTF am I doing and turned it off. Sometimes I regret that, but riding poorly controlled horse for a long time is boring.
Games still do that? I thought they learned after the early PS2 era that it was unacceptable.rust45 wrote:

afaik the CoD games are only good in the single player campaignRolled wrote:
Seibei you are doing it wrong.
Nobody bought mw2 for single player.
Yeah, blue dragon was worse. no issues with gameplay yet (chp 3).lukewarmholiday wrote:
Tell me if the Bayonetta lag is as bad as people say. Loading times I have no issues with.
Well for one, the american release was supposed to be somewhat more tuned than the japanese PS3 release, and people said the noticeable slowdown doesn't hit untill late game like chapter 14. Although, most topics about the lag talk about how noticeable the difference between 30 and 60 fps is.(hardly any other than it looks a little more clean)Atmey wrote:

very steep learning curve.
MW2 is a lot more reliant on strategy.
