Easy:
00:02:046 (3) - Maybe instead of repeat slider, maybe 1 circle, then slider? It just plays awkwardly to me right now since repeat is at downbeat and it doesn't have powerful feeling. Basically like this http://puu.sh/44tHZ.jpg You will notice it will have bigger feeling at downbeat.
00:03:546 (1,2,3,1,2,1,2,1) - Change it like the screenshot? http://puu.sh/44tW3.jpg. I think it plays so much better. Downbeats will not have a slider end on it and I think starting sliders on 2/4 white ticks make sliders play awkwardly. Making it like screenshot fixes all these problems. And also will make 00:05:046 (3) - consistent with 00:10:546 (1) -
00:12:546 (1,2) - Maybe reverse selection and fix DS? I think starting with slider would be better as the person starts singing.
00:16:546 (1,2) - Change this into a slider like screenshot? It follows the vocal much better and it fits very well because the rhythm will follow 00:14:546 (1) - already.
00:22:546 (1,2) - Eh I think it might be hard? Not sure, Although I really just prefer sliders the same as 00:14:546 (1) -
00:24:546 (1,2) - Maybe reverse selection? To make it consistent with 00:18:546 (1,2) -

00:20:296 (4) - Prefer you change this into 2 1/2 notes. The slider end ruined your NC pattern which was really nice and consistent. Also slider ending on downbeat is weird imo since downbeat is usually strong part of music but you end a slider there so it isn't really powerful. Also maybe add finish hitsound here?
00:24:046 (1,3) - Switch NC for consistency?
00:50:546 (4) - Don't know if touch HP bar is still a rule, but this one realllllyy touches it. Maybe move it lower or make repeat somewhere else? An example https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/933700
00:52:921 (3) - Not really a fan of notes on blue tick. Maybe 00:52:046 (2) - remove one repeat and start slider at 00:52:546 and end at blue tick instead? Usually different rhythm than red and white ticks.

Maybe -1 HP or - 1 OD so it doesn't have same difficulty setting as Insane?
00:44:546 (1,2,3) - I prefer if you make a slider instead. Play through it and I hit 100 on 2 even though I know the song from modding. Blue tick just different rhythm than red and white orz ;w; I think it will play much better.
00:58:546 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - imo this is flow breaking. Everything was very smooth motion until this part because of anti jump. The very faint "ding" sounds at the background doesn't really compare to the actual singing. If you wanted to map the "ding" sounds then you might as well map it here too 00:22:546 (1,2,3,4,5). I really think you should map it regularly. Also if you do plan on keeping anti jumps, I think best to space 00:59:046 (2) - little farther first. The movement from the slider to the sudden stop of next note was the most annoying part.
Also not sure about the 1/3 sliders if you can use it like that, but I had no problems with it. ( I did think they were 1/2 sliders during testing though haha)

Insane:
00:28:546 (1,2,1,2) - Honestly feels very very very empty here. Please add more notes? Especially when hard has even more notes and score than insane and this part sounds very mappable in every diff.

00:21:546 (3,1,2) - Well, I can understand why you use smaller spacing suddenly in this pattern, but isn't it become inconsistent with 00:23:546 (4,1,2) - ? C'mon, I'd prefer to use as small as 00:24:046 (1,2) - to replace 00:22:046 (1,2) -, which connects two parts nicely.
00:25:796 - If I were you, I'll just put a note and stack it at 00:26:046 (1) - 's sliderbegin properly to follow the vocal there.
00:28:046 (6,1) - Just a small suggestion: Why don't set a jump here? I can feel that the music under (1) is stronger, then you really should add a jump to emphasize it. If you agree with me, you can just ctrl+g at (1). Don't forget to ctrl+g at all 00:29:046 (2,3,4) - these sliders to make a nice flow!

This Hard plays like an Insane. I didn't mention all of the jumps and spacing, but if you really want to call this a hard, you will haev to get rid of a lot of the random jumps, otherwise the difficulty of this is just as hard as the other insanes, but with less notes. edit: read bottom. It just felt a little random at some points.

My biggest problem is Rainbow's Hard difficulty. It seems completely out of place with how it's mapped. In the context of this mapset, it feels like another insane, and the difficulty gap between insane and normal is just a little awkward. Other than that, The mapset looks good!

edit: Probably exaggerated this too much. My biggest problem with the diff is mostly some random spacing that felt weird to me. I was pretty tired when I modded this so maybe I just went all crazy and said exaggerated things. The difficulty isn't bad, but still, something just felt out of place with it.

edit: Probably exaggerated this too much. My biggest problem with the diff is mostly some random spacing that felt weird to me. I was pretty tired when I modded this so maybe I just went all crazy and said exaggerated things. The difficulty isn't bad, but still, something just felt out of place with it.

01:18:296 (2,3) - not only is there nothing in the music to suppor this jump, this is one of the biggest jumps you've made in this difficulty. I don't think it makes any sense to do this. It seems like you did just so you could have a pattern you liked, which I do not believe is the right thing to do. ok
This Hard plays like an Insane. I didn't mention all of the jumps and spacing, but if you really want to call this a hard, you will haev to get rid of a lot of the random jumps, otherwise the difficulty of this is just as hard as the other insanes, but with less notes. edit: read bottom. It just felt a little random at some points.

My biggest problem is Rainbow's Hard difficulty. It seems completely out of place with how it's mapped. In the context of this mapset, it feels like another insane, and the difficulty gap between insane and normal is just a little awkward. Other than that, The mapset looks good!

edit: Probably exaggerated this too much. My biggest problem with the diff is mostly some random spacing that felt weird to me. I was pretty tired when I modded this so maybe I just went all crazy and said exaggerated things. The difficulty isn't bad, but still, something just felt out of place with it.
i guess it's fine for now, it seem like between 0.95 -> 1.00 and little 1.20 - 1.50 jump, so i think it's fine

two little things:

In Insane difficulty, 01:21:046 (2) - add clap to the beginning of the slider

In Rainbow's Hard, 00:07:046 (2,3,4) - I think this should match the pattern at 00:23:046 (2,3,4) - (They both should be hitcircles, or both use sliders. But either way, I think they both should have the same rhythm.) Just my opinion though.
