You must set a Preview Time in all difficulties, and it must be the same in all. I suggest using 00:49:026 as preview time.
Tags must be the same in all difficulties. They are different in each difficulty, fix please, also why "Thehunter x" is in tags?.
Change Source to "Pokémon: Battle Frontier" (I think it's the correct name, I don't watch the anime).
Add to tags: "opening" "season 9", "Pocket Monsters", and some characters, like Pikachu.

Use Approach Rate 4. I'm not sure about HP Drain and Overall Difficulty, you can increase it up to 4, but that shoots your Star Difficulty above 3.5 stars, forcing you to make an Easy diff, well, this is up to you.
00:00:100 - 00:13:791 - Use the normal hitsounds sampleset, as you did in the other diffs.
00:10:972 (1,2,3) - Try to keep the same spacing for this part.
00:19:026 (4,1) - ^Same, spacing
00:31:912 - 00:35:536 - Why you mapped this part in the Normal, but not in higher diffs, you should either make this a break or map this part in the other difficulties
00:43:287 (3) - Remove this, 1/4 objects are hard to handle for a Normal player.

Use Approach Rate 7.
00:12:583 (3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - This rhythm is easy to play yes, but, it doesn't go along with the song, try this.
00:28:992 (6) - Remove this.
00:42:381 (3,4,1) - I don't want to be rude, but, what?, change this part to circles in a 1/4 stream.
00:58:690 (2,3) - Reduce the distance here~

Approach Rate should be 8, 9 is too fast cosidering the BPM is 149. Also, increase HP Drain and Overall Difficulty to 6 or7, 5 is too low for an Insane, and also you have this same settings for the Hard diff, please change.
I noticed some unfitting jumps and weird rhythm, I'll be pointing majorly that.
00:04:428 (2) - Move it to 00:04:328, consider using Distance Snap (DS) to arrange this
00:04:529 (3,4) - Reduce the distance here, a jump fits there imo, but not that long considering you have an stacked circle 1/2 beat later, this disrupt the flow, also consider unstacking 00:04:932 (5) if you will keep the jump.
00:05:737 (5,6) - Again, this is very hard to tell as you are using a very similar DS for previous notes, this can fit being stacked in the start of the slider, not in the end.
00:10:972 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,4) - Consider rearranging this part, your jumps are too long and your combos makes that even more confusing imo.
00:14:596 (3) - Reverse this slider (Ctri+G), the flow will be better, if you do, move 00:15:200 (4) to keep that new flow
00:18:824 (1) - Move this a bit closer to the previous and next circles.
00:21:643 (5,1) - Reduce the distance here
00:42:784 (1,2,3) - You can arrange them in this way or something similar, the flow would be better and not confusing due to the big jump.
00:49:227 (3,4,5) - Please arrange this in a different way or put (4) in another place, that long jump really doesn't fit there.
I'm not too skilled modding CtB or Taiko, this are only suggestion based on my own taste, unless I mark as unrankable[Aeroblast CTB]
00:49:831 (2,3) - This two could sound better if reversed, this is, first the circle, then the slider.
