matchmaking getting more horrible as hell

but why PHASE ? PT is absolutely better than phase at mortred cuz you have blink and slow. Also mortred's AS isn't enough to get 100% crit even with blink.dNextGen wrote:

Phase boots give you very cheap damage which is good for your ulti. Also you don't really need the AS from PT because your blink strike already boosts your AS heavily.Lighty wrote:

She doesn't sit in fight and hits, she jumps to a person and chases him to death until he dies, specially in early-midgame
Hear damage output with just 1-2 crits which will probably occur during 4-5 hits is very much high enough

guys i wanna hear your opinion about IO skill build and item build. i do have my own build but still, i didnt get any hint to play IO decently

In regards to phase over treads on a hero like PA, right now the name of the game for carry heroes is move speed, and more move speed. Don't forget too that phase lets you unitwalk, and if you're a smart carry you will always try to stutter step your attacks or move in front of your target to block them and mess up their retreat which buys time for allies to assist, should you need it.
Even with phase, an agi carry should be attacking plenty fast enough if you have your core items made.

errr.. sorry i mean main carry. i've once played against a team that using IO as their main carry, so at first i thought IO was a carry heroes. his item build is like HoT, boots of travel, sangyash, radiance, helm of dominator, MKB. and he was pretty much dominating the gamePizzicato wrote:

The best way to play Io is to have a friend, or a smart pub player pick someone like CK/Tiny/Centaur and when you hit 6, all you do is port him around the map and get easy kills. Your item build should be healing and mana regen, since when you tether to someone and use an item like arcane boots or mek, it will double over on the hero you are linked too, essentially fully healing them and fully regening their mana pool.

his base damage and strength growth per level is too low for wisp to become a carry (unless you people keep dying on his spirits early game)
never saw a full-carry wisp ever since he came out, and im talking about pinoy gaming where supports are built as carries too
someone mentioned arcane boots on wisp.
tranq boots are nerfed tho. look at the latest stats
oh and yeah, if you didn't know yet, this is crucial if you're playing wisp
If you Tether someone before you are teleported, the duration of the Tether will be refreshed to 12 seconds but the cooldown will not. This means that if you Tether someone a few seconds before using Relocate, you can re- Tether them at the location and get 2 stuns in
Ahh, yeah the soul ring and tranq boots can be a potent mix on Io. Arcane boots is always nice for the team as a whole though, assuming you are giving it to more than one hero at a time.
Magnus carry is still better than Io though,people build Magnus mainly as carry in wc3 dota

Btw DNG, re-looking at your screenshot you took of the game of leavers (poor spectre =( ) I couldn't help but notice you have a quelling blade. Personally i get a stout shield in place of that, should pay off more in the long run, especially if your support is pulling for you.
