MP3 bitrate should be between 128kbps and 192kbps. Yours is 360kbps. If your having trouble with this, just PM me.
Change your background to 1024 x 768

Remove countdown
Remove "Nostale" because it is already in your title
Consider adding a Normal difficulty to balance?
Avoid toggling Kiai time for split seconds
Make sure that the song title is correct

[Easy]
Change slider multiplier to 0.7. Yours currently is 0.700000005960464. You can do this by editing your file with Notepad

[Fire]
00:00:900 (4) - Remove combo
00:01:500 (3) - Add combo
00:01:800 (1) - Remove combo
00:15:000 (1) - Remove combo

It's a pretty good for a first map but needs a lot of work, but as stated before in the previous mod, the rhythm is too monotonous. As "Fire" and "Hard" are harder difficulties, you should use more 1/4 notes Good luck with ranking.

I don't know because I just get the song from the game datafile.I haven't change any song info on it.
I will try to correct it if I have found the more correctly info.

What are these inherit timing points for?

Remove these, they're just taking up space

00:21:300 (3,1) - you over complicated it with dots
00:24:900 (2) - Off centre but not really noticeable in play
00:29:100 (1) - Move it back 1 beat and let this spinner end at 00:30:30 (no need to reduce the volume here like how I said in the general section)

Fire
Bend some more sliders and tilt some in different angles. The patterns feel too square and sometimes doesn't feel natural or the flow isn't as nice
For Example
I changed 00:01:800 (2,3,4) to flow better
:arrow: 00:01:800 (2) - this slider would leave the person in a weird angle to go to the next, so i changed its direction
:arrow: 00:02:400 (3,4) - the loop feels better if the sliders are bent rather than in a straight line (also it is tilted because the arm is at an angle when a person plays, so tilts make it flow more naturally)

I will leave it up to you how you bend other patterns

至于排列是一样的问题,你看你的整幅图,,全都堆在当中一个地方,就觉得这图特压抑,放不开的感觉。

然后连打和三连都是和hard一样堆在一起,00:06:750 (1,2,3) - 以及00:08:100 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - 等等,个别的堆在一起也没啥问题,整幅图的都堆在一起,至少我看起来不是很舒服。00:15:300 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - 像这样的就不错啊-.-

00:28:500 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - 最后这一大段建议不要绕圈,根据你的背景图摆会更好。

另外这个难度的绿线呢?调音量不用么?00:08:700 - 这段前面音量降低,后面的调高,00:15:300 - 再调高,00:16:100 - 降低,00:21:200 - 后面每一段渐渐升高。

your hit circles aren't lined up. to make them line up, hold shift while moving a note. it should look like this
Do you see that thin grey line??? It helps you line your notes up so your beat map looks cleaner
Please go back to each difficulty and do this if you haven't already

[easy]
00:05:100 (1,2) - i don't like how these are placed. Consider moving them or maybe changing the slider form.
00:24:900 (2) - don't like the shape of this slider e.e
00:29:250 (1) - this spinner should start 00:29:100 - here

[normal]
00:19:800 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - i can't see the notes

[hard]
00:20:400 (1,2,3,4,5) - check spacing here for this shape definitely

[fire]

again please check spacing for ALL objects. this map looks very uneven.
