Paralysis got so bad that I had to have someone stay on the phone with me nightly because the loneliness made it worse. Eventually, we found out it was because I was stressed about school so I had to start thinking positive before I slept else I'd have more sleep paralysis.
I haven't really had sleep paralysis since school though, so think positive!

They're very likely processed from drum machine samples which are typically released to be used without any issues.
