Somewhat more personal opinion, but for drumfinish and drumclap, I'd rather see a softsample with drum addition rather than just a drumsample - the hihat-backbeat doesn't really suit with the toms there. (Well, except for Insane, because there you really use that hitnormal for something)
You could still add hotd and h.o.t.d to tags, if you felt like it.
Given that this is not entirely the original contest map anymore, you could add custom sliderticks to make the hitsounding (especially in Normal) less emptyish at some parts (00:28:071 (2,3,4) -, as an example); that'd feel good.

AR2 for a normal is a bit lowish, is it not? Would rather have 3 or 4.
00:14:281 (1) - I think this slider could compliment the previous better if it went a little more to the left with its end; generally, the curve looks a little toooo even and, well, uncurvy?
00:38:176 (2) - this slider feels a little empty; like, you'd expect a hitsound here from how it went up until now (similar to above mentioned 00:28:071 (2,3,4) -)
00:45:544 (2) - looks better along with 1 if you move second and endpoint to 138|199 and 26|232 respectively; move 3 to 3|1500 and next 1 to 87|14 then
