The kiai Starts at a wrong time. It should start at 00:42:295 - the first down beat of chorus (big white tick) Don't be disturbed by vocal or other things when setting kiai
Insane
00:01:444 (5,6) - This is really hard to read and play, nobody would think they only have 1/4 beat gap in between because they are so far away from each other. Consider to shorten #5 to a 1/2 sldier or move #6 elsewhere
00:04:796 (1,2) - exchange NC
00:06:072 (6,7,1) - This also confuses players, the distance between #6 and #7 is even bigger than that between #7 and #1, while the time gap is just on the contrary. Players would most likely to hit #1 early becasue it's so close

00:16:763 (4) - remove the whistle on body, only add it on head and tail, the whistle on body is kindda noisy imo

This is diff has quite same problem with Insane
Try to keep distance consistency to make your map more readable
It doesn't mean that you should follow the distance snap all the way in Hard or Insane,
but it'r your duty to make your map natural to play by using propper spacing
Normal
00:12:933 (1,2) - a bit confusing. Players may think the reversing slider would reverse one more time, consider to change the placement
00:18:039 (1) - plz always obey distance snap in Normal, ofcourse and in Easy
00:36:710 (5,6) - this is confusing for beginners, move #6 out would be better
00:33:678 (1) - remove NC and add NC on 00:35:114 (3) -
00:47:082 (1) - spacing issue
00:49:955 (2) - multi-recerse sliders with this length is not recommended to be used in a Normal/Easy diff, beginners would too short time to react whether the slider would keep on going back and forth

Avoid overlapping and make some blanckets, to make your map look better
