As the title says. Ban tick rate 1. It's unreadable and just annoying. There is NEVER a reason to not use at least Tick rate 2.
There's not really much to write for an OP. Anybody who plays maps and tries to sightread FCs knows that it's impossible to sightread SV changes without sliderticks, or stuff like usage of 3/4 sliders. Those are totally fine in themselves as long as ticks give you prior warning, otherwise it becomes a guessing/memorization game which is just stupid and not in the spirit of a rhythm game where you read and plan ahead how to play.
Make it a requirement for mappers to put Tick Rate 2 (or 3 if the map is mapped with 1/3 timing, or 4 if it has extensive 1/4 slider usage and "double bpm" mapping, etc) or else they can't rank their maps.
